At Zumar Corporation, we recognize that healthcare professionals need their gear quickly and reliably.

• Processing Time: All standard uniform orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

• Bulk Orders: Hospital, clinic, and group orders require a processing window of 7–14 business days depending on embroidery and volume.

• Tracking: A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent immediately upon dispatch.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to feel completely confident and comfortable in your Zumar scrubs. If your uniform isn’t the perfect fit, we are here to help.

• 30-Day Window: We accept returns and size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. We cannot accept returns on custom embroidered items or uniforms showing signs of clinical wear.

• Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@zumarcorporation.com with your order number. Return shipping costs for standard exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective.
